Sacroiliac Joint Fusion System
The Reunion Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Fusion System is a comprehensive technology platform designed for a minimally invasive lateral or posterior approach to stabilize the SI joint for fusion. The system features a comprehensive set of instrumentation and modular cannulated and fenestrated screws to address a wide variety of surgical techniques.

Implant Screws
- Cannulated and fenestrated screws allow for graft delivery to the SI Joint to provide a greater opportunity for fusion
- Features a micro-textured surface that promotes osseointegration
- Diameters: 8, 10, 12, or 14mm
- Lengths available in 35-80mm in 5mm increments
- Features two screw options: a modular head with a dual lead thread or compression style head with a compression thread

Screw Heads
- Astura's modular screw heads are designed to attach to the modular screws for maximum intraoperative versatility
- Features either a Flush Mount or Variable Surface Mount screw head, depending on the desired proximal anchoring technique
- The Variable Surface Mount screw head includes three sizing options, each accommodating specific screw sizes and features teeth below the head that secure to the bone surface for secondary fixation
- The Flush Mount screw head features three sizing options, each accommodating specific screw sizes and featuring tapered threads for proximal fixation
- Equipped with an integrated automatic locking anti-rotation feature to prevent screw backout

Instrumentation Overview
-
-
-
-
- Protective matte finish to help reduce glare when working within the surgical site
- Includes a depth guide that corresponds with the Steinmann pins to indicate the depth below the bone surface
- Comprehensive offering of drills and taps, including counterbore tools used to relieve bone material for the Flush Mount Screw heads after a pilot hole is established for the screw implant
- Features fixed and variable spacing guides to facilitate implant spacing in the patient

The Variable Implant Spacing Guide
- The Variable Implant Spacing Guide allows the surgeon the option of inserting one or two additional pins, after the first implant location is established
- Allows the ability to adjust the implant spacing in 1mm increments per additional pin location
- Features modular tubes that correspond with the screw diameters, therefore, any screw size combination can be used, without screw interference within the body, during insertion
