The Astura Direct Vertebral Rotation (DVR) Set is a comprehensive supplemental system designed to facilitate complex, 3-dimensional deformity correction throughout the lumbar and thoracic spine. The system features modular sequential and lateral reducers with quick-connect segmental connectors, allowing for fast and powerful de-rotation across multiple levels. The system provides maximum flexibility by allowing rod reduction or set screw placement at any point of the de-rotation process to overcome the most complex deformities.

DVR Reducers
- Protective matte finish to reduce reflective glare when working within the surgical site
- Offers a selection of 50mm modular sequential and lateral reducers
- Capability of connecting to both high- and low-top tulip pedicle screws
- Equipped with a reliable locking system to guarantee a firm connection to pedicle screws
- Lateral Reducers allow 30º of sequential lateral reduction followed by 50mm of sequential axial reduction
- Utilizing the complementary DVR Retriever, both sequential and lateral reducers can be effortlessly disengaged from the pedicle screw and wound wall
