Anterior Lumbar Access System
The Wicklow Anterior Lumbar Access System is a comprehensive and highly configurable technology platform that is designed for Lateral ALIF and Oblique ALIF procedures. The system features multiple fixation and retraction options allowing maximum intraoperative flexibility and versatility. Its configurable nature makes the system customizable depending on the surgeon’s pathology and patient anatomy. The system features dual- and single-arm frame-mounted blade holders and an optional three-arm independent blade setup. The access system utilizes aluminum blades offering excellent radiolucency, unparalleled rigidity, and ease of use facilitating quick setup with a patient-centric design philosophy.

Carriage & Mounting Arms

- Carriage features a versatile ball joint located inside of the device that allows up to 30° of A/P angulation, enabling the freedom of movement to match surgical needs
- Carriages are, also, equipped with a reliable locking system to guarantee a firm connection with the complementary mounting arms
- Features a removable locking driver
- Mounting arms are designed to be secured on either side of the carriage
- Mounting arms feature adjustable handles and blade knuckles that are designed to enable the blades to move either inwards or outwards
