Astura Medical utilizes the Cadwell Cascade IOMAX system that is scalable from 8 to 48 channels to monitor free-running EMG, stimulate the pedicle screw with current to provoke a response, and determine if the pedicle has been breached and the nerve root is potentially compromised.
