    Posterior Lumbar Interbody Spacer System

The Half Dome Posterior Lumbar Interbody Spacer System is a comprehensive system that provides a complete range of anatomic, self-distracting spacers and instrumentation to support all posterior lumbar approaches. The intuitive design of the system provides the versatility to accommodate a wide array of anatomical challenges to ensure an efficient, streamlined procedural sequence.

Implants Overview

  • All Half Dome Posterior Lumbar Interbody Spacers are:
    • Available in either Acid-etched Ti, HA PEEK, or PEEK
    • A bulleted nose that allows for self-distraction of the intervertebral space during insertion while conserving critical structural anatomy
    • Large central aperture to pack bone graft to provide a greater opportunity for fusion
    • Lateral windows to provide additional graft vascularization
  • Half Dome TLIF
    • Designed specifically for a Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) approach
    • Heights: 7-15mm in 1mm increments
    • Lengths: 26, 28, 30, or 32mm
    • Width: 10mm
    • Lordosis: 5°
  • Half Dome OTLIF
    • Designed for either an Oblique Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (OTLIF) or Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (PLIF) approach
    • Heights: 7-15mm in 1mm increments
    • Lengths: 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, or 32mm
    • Width: 9mm
    • Biconvex
  • Surface Options

        • Half Dome Ti

        • Acid-etched endplates to resist migration postoperatively
        • Acid-etched surface enhances and increases the efficiency of bone growth
        • Half Dome HA PEEK

        • HA is fully integrated, not coated, making it available on all surfaces of the spacer to provide an osteoconductive surface for bone ingrowth
        • Unidirectional serrated teeth to resist migration postoperatively
        • Radiographic markers provide fluoroscopic visualization of the exact orientation of the spacer during implantation
