    Anterior Cervical Stabilization System

The Dolomite Anterior Cervical Stabilization System is a comprehensive system that provides a complete range of anatomic spacers and fixation options for rigid anterior cervical stabilization. The system’s intuitive design offers the versatility to accommodate a wide array of anatomical challenges to ensure an efficient, streamlined procedural sequence.

Implants Overview

    • All Dolomite Anterior Cervical Interbody Spacers are:

      • Available in either Acid-Etched Ti or HA PEEK
      • Three different axial footprint options to accommodate varied patient anatomy
      • Large central aperture to pack bone graft to provide a greater opportunity for fusion
      • Tapered posterior edge allows for self-distraction of the intervertebral space during insertion, as well as conservation of critical structural anatomy

Surface Options

    • Acid-Etched Ti Overview

      • Acid-etched endplates to resist migration postoperatively
      • Acid-etched surface enhances and increases the efficiency of bone growth

      • Acid-etched endplates to resist migration postoperatively
      • Acid-etched surface enhances and increases the efficiency of bone growth
    • HA PEEK Overview

      • HA is fully integrated, not coated, making it available on all surfaces of the spacer to provide an osteoconductive surface for bone ingrowth
      • Unidirectional serrated teeth to resist migration postoperatively
      • Radiographic markers provide fluoroscopic visualization of the exact orientation of the spacer during implantation

Plates, Screws, and Nails

    • Plates

      Dolomite Cervical Plates Are:

      • Zero-Profile Plate, Spiked Zero-Profile Plate, Half Plate, Full Plate
      • Single step attachment mechanism for efficient interoperative spacer/plate assembly
      • Able to be implanted in conjunction with the plate for increased efficiency
      • Spiked Zero-Profile Plates have 2mm spikes on superior & inferior edges to provide stabilization during freehand fixation technique
      • Low profile design for half and full plates
      • 2.3mm thickness for half and full plates
      • Reliable and robust nail/screw locking screw mechanism with tactile and visual confirmation
