    The Sacral-Alar-Iliac (S2AI) Fixation System is designed to provide sacroiliac joint fixation and fusion, with the ability to integrate seamlessly with the full Masada, Masada MIS, Olympic, and Olympic MIS implant and instrumentation platforms—offering surgeons the flexibility to extend fixation from the lumbar spine to the pelvis with a single, streamlined solution.

      • Compatible with the Masada Moduldar Fixation System and Olympic Posterior Fixation System for connection to thoracolumbar constructs using 5.5mm or 6.0mm rods
      • Optimized for screw insertion across diverse anatomies and conditions including sacroilic joint disruptions and degenerative sacroilitis
      • Fenestrated and cannulated screw shanks promote bone fusion and integration throughout the screw
